Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds work for services and digital products purchased from HeyOG LLC. Because our offerings are service-based and digital in nature, this policy differs from a typical physical-goods return policy.

1. Social Media Promotion Services

Our views-based promotion service ($1 per 1,000 views) is billed for work performed. Once a promotion campaign has started and views have begun being delivered toward your order, that portion of the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. If a campaign has not yet started, you may request a full refund by contacting us before work begins.

2. Digital Products (Winner Product Masterclass, Blue Strategy)

Due to the instantly accessible nature of digital products and course content, all sales of digital guides and courses are final once access has been delivered or the materials have been downloaded or viewed, except where required otherwise by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product you purchased, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the access issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.

3. Affiliate Marketing Setup & Custom Services

Refunds for custom or affiliate marketing setup services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of work already completed at the time of a cancellation request. Any work already performed will be deducted from a refund, where applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order details (name, email used at purchase, and service purchased) within a reasonable time of your purchase. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Services that have already been fully delivered or performed
  • Digital products or course materials already accessed or downloaded
  • Dissatisfaction with results where no guaranteed outcome was promised
  • Requests made after any applicable refund window has closed

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks for services already rendered may result in suspension of future service.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
